For my project I created a gateway shaker card using some of the newest releases from Heartfelt Creations.  It's been awhile since I have made flowers but I never forget to get each collection.  Once your a diehard HFC Fan it never goes away.  When I first started crafting I fell in love with all the beautiful papers and then I saw all the flowers and I was hooked for life.  So, it was time to get back to my first true love.

First I cut the gateway card and used one section to make my project for the hop today.
I then used some desert card stock for the first layer of the  “Elegant Swirls Gateway” Die set.
Then for the decorative layer of the die set I used gold mirror paper which I thought would make the overall colors stand out.  I also used the mirror paper for the center of the die to create a shaker piece for the main focal point of the card.  I added in some sequins for the inside of the shaker.  The 2nd picture you can see the shaker pieces a tad better if you look.

For my flowers I used the smaller Garden Zinnia die/stamp and stamped it using a yellow ink in a touch darker shade than the paper itself.  I saw the lily on the pattened paper and thought oh how beautiful and tried to match the colors and shade.  SO I took paper from the Calla Lily collection to make a bunch of hanging flowers.  I added the precut swans from the set and added a pop of glitter to the swans wings for added flair.  Totally brought back my love flowers in one swoop yea HFC does that to you and I hope everyone enjoyed my post and thanks so much for stopping by.

Wonderful imaginative project and those hanging flowers are such a creative use of HFC's flowers. I enjoy using those swans on many cards. Your make is elegant and sophisticated. Now my budget must stretch to get the “Elegant Swirls Gateway” Die set! A truly delight and inspired project.
